1. Stainless Steel Reactor Tank
Aqua Premium is specially produced as “Pharma Grade” to endure long and trouble-free operation. Reactor tank and all piping are made of AISI 316L stainless steel. Its design is developed meticulously the avoid pipe joints and 90° elbows. Neutralization and disinfection process are done inside the reactor tank. Aqua Premium is equipped with 3 stainless steel high capacity pumps. This ensures easy flow in and flow out in places where there are elevation differences.
2. Biological UV Treatment
Aqua Premium has a superior technology based upon high user and operation safety. The liquid waste disinfected fully within the system passes through biological UV treatment further to disinfection. In this manner, liquids obtained from the device are double checked for a guaranteed result.
3. Touch Screen
In Aqua Premium, there is an interface and operation panel having an easy-to-use 7″ touch screen with menu in Turkish and some other Languages designed through the skills of Turkish engineers. This enables any user to operate the device easily. Daily, weekly and monthly operation details performed on the software may be transferred by means of an external flash memory.
4. Disinfection with 03
Aqua Premium is equipped with a built-in ozone generator. This system generates ozone (03) from the room air without any other process and need of any disposables.
This generated ozone (03) is injected into contaminated effluent waste water in the reactor tank with the help of special Venturi Injectors designed by Hakerman. The disinfecting effect of ozone is 3000 folds greater than the equivalent chlorine. In this manner, the liquid waste in Aqua Premium is disinfected in conformance to international standard. There is no dependence on any consumables owing to internal ozone generation.
5. Validation Port
In order to prove the effective of Aqua Premium, it is equipped with inlet and outlet validation ports before and after the treatment.
